Mysterious massive aquatic animal die-offs in NSW – prequel to KHV release?

If we were to release the koi herpes virus (KHV), and not address the underlying issues (water use, pollution…)…

The Hawkesbury River is now uninhabitable!

I wonder if there’ll be hordes of volunteers helping with the clean up.
