You have to be rather innovative when treating fish ailments.
These people have made a nice contraption for what’s normally an untreatable condition (swimbladder disorders that makes fish negatively buoyant) that leaves fish heavy in the water.

Hello Dr Loh I have a sick goldfish with swim ladder disease he’s been like it for few weeks I have given him Epsom salt baths ,green peas is there anything else I can give him please I am sad just watching him struggle & can’t move without me helping him I also have his patener in tank as well could y tell me if I need to have him euthanized to stop him struggling I live in Bunbury & unable to visit you thank you .
