Register for the 2018 WAVMA Conference on the island of St. Kitts

World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association’s Conference Registration for the November 8-12, 2018 WAVMA Conference on the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean is now open. The number of attendees we can accommodate in the Finfish or Dolphin clinical wetlabs, and the Biosecurity Workshop, is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

So far, I’m presenting on:
  1. Keynote – Fishnostics
  2. Koi Prax – Australia’s status
  3. Koi Prax – advances in skin ulcer treatment
  4. ANZCVS & aquatics specialisation
  5. Fish wetlab
  6. Biosecurity workshop

Should you wish to give an oral presentation for the General Session, or poster presentation (the best posters will receive an award during the WAVMA AGM/banquet), to ensure we can accommodate your presentation we recommend you submit an abstract to 2018-StKitts ASAP.

We have also arranged for special rates for rooms at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort, Conference Center & Casino, and variety of island tours and other activities on St. Kitts – including a full day Catamaran/snorkeling trip to the island of Nevis, and “Swim with the Dolphins” options for Conference delegates and families. Like wet labs, these are filling fast, so make your reservations ASAP.

For those interested, the WAVMA Conference follows the West Indies Veterinary Conference (November 3-8) on St. Kitts.

For additional information, and to register for the 2018 WAVMA Conference, submit an abstract, reserve a hotel room, or make a tour or other booking, simply go to https://conferences.wavma.org/events/2018-WAVMA-Conference.
